In 2009, we sent our first basketball team called AIM (Athletes In Mission) to Thailand! The mission was simple, to bless the local churches, to share our faith and to compete against universities, colleges and pro teams in Southeast Asia. The name has evolved from AIM, MB Mission Basketball, Action Basketball and today we call it Global Sports Basketball.

           Since 2009, we have sent over 200 men and women athletes to Thailand and the Philippines, we hope this will expand to all parts of Asia, and the rest of the world! We have had athletes from USA, Canada and Brazil.

          I played college basketball at Fresno Pacific University (called FPC back in the day) from 1998-2003. At FPU God gave me a vision to someday use my gifts to bless the nations. I knew that God could use my basketball skills on the mission field. I along with my wife Karen, have been missionaries in Thailand for over 25 years and I have seen first hand how this beautiful game has blessed many churches, drawn many to faith and drawn many closer to God. We also beat a few good teams over the years!

          The dream to send basketball players all over Asia has now become a reality. We hope to continue this God-given dream to send other sports teams like soccer and volleyball in the near future. For now we will continue to send teams to Asia, and in the near future South America and Africa! We hope you will consider coming as a player, coach, chaplain, trainer or team finance administrator on our future Global Sports Basketball missison trips.
